Our First 2026 Adventure on EcoPro Seascape
What a way to kick off the year! We just spent 14 days cruising the "Best of Maldives" with 14 wonderful guests, and honestly, the vibes on board were just as incredible as the action underwater.
From long-time repeaters who feel like family to new faces who quickly became friends, this trip reminded us exactly why we do what we do.
It’s these shared moments after a dive and the laughter over dinner that make our community so special.
If you couldn't make it this time, here’s a little taste of the magic we shared.
From Night Dives to Coconut Breaks
The adventure already started breathtaking. Right away, the sharks were out to play on almost every dive. One of the absolute highlights was the night at Maaya Thila. There’s something so peaceful yet electric about being in the water after sunset. For those who wanted a more relaxed evening, watching mantas glide right past the boat was pure magic.
It wasn’t all about the deep blue, though. We took a break to head ashore, cracking open fresh coconuts and feeling the sand between our toes. It’s those little moments of island life that make a "Best of Maldives" route so special.
Unexpected Friends & "Big Fish" Energy
The Ari Atoll really showed off for us. At the Kudima Wreck, we slowed things down to find tiny macro treasures in perfectly still water. But the energy shifted gear when we hit the channels. Miyaru Kandu gave us that "big fish" adrenaline we all crave, with crystal-clear water and reef sharks everywhere you looked.
One of the most heart-warming moments happened at Devana Kandu. A friendly eagle ray decided to join our group, hovering just above us for the entire dive, almost as if he was guiding the way.
And of course, we can’t forget the evening at Alimatha: sharing the water with over 25 nurse sharks is an experience that never gets old, no matter how many times you’ve seen it.
World-Class Diving Meets High-End Comfort
Back on the EcoPro Seascape, life was all about that perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Between dives, you could find guests swapping stories in the jacuzzi on the sundeck, grabbing a fresh latte from our barista bar, or just catching some sun.
On our last night, we all came together in the lounge to watch a movie one of our guests had put together. Seeing the last two weeks flash before our eyes, the dancing mantas, the beach BBQ under the stars, and all those laughs. It was the perfect way to wrap things up. Thank you for your effort to share it with us!
To our 14 guests: thank you for being such a lovely group. Your passion for the ocean and the way you embraced our eco-friendly life on board means the world to us.
