Veligandu Island Resort & Spa is located in the east of the Rasdhoo Atoll. Beach Villas
11 beach villas of 71 sqm and equipped with a king size bed are set amid lush tropical greenery and beneath swaying coconut trees, all Beach Villas boast the quintessential amenities for a relaxing, comfortable stay in paradise.
Jacuzzi Beach Villas
All 16 Jacuzzi beach villas are located directly on the white sandy beach of Veligandu. They each have 86 square meters and have a king size bed, a private jacuzzi and a nice outdoor bathroom.
Water Villas
The 10 waterfront villas are located at the sunset side of the island, this villa ensures you have the privilege of ending your day on a scenic note, contemplating the wonderous Maldivian sun set over the lagoon. Enjoy direct access to the ocean via the private stairway of your Water Villa.
Jacuzzi Water Villas
Take a morning dip in the ocean right off the sundeck of your Jacuzzi Water Villa or end the day on a romantic note with a luxurious whirlpool indulgence for two under the stars. The 34 Jacuzzi Water Villas are 86 sqm each and feature 1 king size bed and balcony with private open-air Jacuzzi.
Sunset Jacuzzi Water Villas
The 20 Sunset Jacuzzi Water Villas meet the highest standards, offer absolute privacy and provide guests with their own private Jacuzzi to enjoy the sunset. They are 86 square meters in size and have a king size double bed and a private terrace. You need a cool down, want to swim a lap or snorkel on the house reef? So use the stairs on your terrace, it offers you a direct access to the sea.
Each villa is exquisitely furnished and reflects the authentic beach chic of the Maldives. All villas are equipped with first class room amenities including a king size bed, private veranda with furniture, air conditioning, mini bar, free tea/coffee facilities, flat screen TV, safe and an outdoor bathroom with rain shower.

DIVING
The North Ari Atoll is known among divers for its very specatcular diving location. Although it is relatively small in size, there are still some 18 dive sites on offer, ranging from easygoing reef dives suitable for beginners to more challenging dive sites to tempt experienced divers. Since there are only two resorts in this atoll, our divers are mostly spoiled with uncrowded diving conditions.
The dive center offers dive training according to PADI guidelines. Besides the standard courses from Open Water Diver to Divemaster, various specialty courses are also possible, such as Nitrox, UW-Navigation, night diving and others.
